September's bake it challenge from Cooking , Cakes & Children was Apple Crumble Cupcakes , as soon I saw Amy's picture I couldnt wait to make them. The fact I was staying at Vic's ( Glowstars ) house didnt even stop me , we edited the recipe to dairy free butter and set the boys to work.
I'm not joking! Here's TB & Oli getting the mixture ready for us.
Remind me to get Vic a proper baking tray for the next time we attempt to make cakes!
They may look *slightly* funny but they tasted fantastic , safe to say they were soon demolished and plans have been made to make some more this weekend!!
